Shipping Policy
Loopelle is a digital pattern shop, so your next creative project
arrives without waiting for a package.

No Physical Shipping
Loopelle sells downloadable digital crochet patterns.
No physical product, printed pattern, yarn, supplies, or parcel
will be shipped for digital-only purchases.

Digital Delivery Only
Products identified as digital crochet patterns are delivered
electronically rather than through a postal or courier service.
Once your order and payment have been successfully processed,
your purchased files may be made available through the order
confirmation page, email, customer account, or another digital
delivery method supported by Loopelle.

No Shipping Fees
Digital-only orders do not require physical shipping.
As a result, no standard delivery or courier fee should apply
to a purchase containing only Loopelle digital patterns.
🧶 You are purchasing the crochet instructions, not the finished
item shown in product images.

No Physical Package or Tracking Number
Since digital patterns are delivered electronically, you should
not expect a physical parcel, shipping carrier notification,
postal tracking number, or delivery estimate for a digital-only
order.

Billing Information
Depending on your payment provider and applicable checkout
requirements, you may still be asked to provide billing
information when completing your purchase.
Providing billing information does not mean that a physical
product will be shipped.

When Will I Receive My Pattern?
Digital files are intended to become available after successful
payment and order processing.
In some cases, access may be delayed temporarily while a payment
is being reviewed, authorized, or processed by Shopify or the
relevant payment provider.

Can’t Find Your Download?
If your order has been completed but you cannot find your digital
pattern, please check the email address used during checkout,
including your spam, junk, and promotions folders where applicable.

assist you more quickly.

Incorrect or Corrupted Files
If the digital file you receive is incorrect, corrupted, or
cannot be accessed properly, please contact us before placing
another order for the same pattern.
We will review the issue and provide reasonable assistance,
which may include restoring access or providing the correct file.

Refunds
Because our products are delivered digitally and cannot be
physically returned, refund eligibility is governed by our
Refund Policy.
Digital purchases are generally considered final once the files
have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, subject to any
applicable consumer rights and eligible exceptions.
