Digital Products

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products sold through Loopelle are digital products delivered electronically.

Purchasing a crochet pattern does not include the finished crochet item, yarn, crochet hooks, accessories, or any other physical materials shown in product photographs.

Orders & Purchases

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.

An order is subject to acceptance and successful payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, technical errors, or misuse of the store.

Prices & Payments

When you purchase a Loopelle digital pattern, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased file for your personal crochet projects.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of copyright, trademarks, design rights, or other intellectual property associated with the pattern or store.

Pattern Sharing & Redistribution

Unless we expressly give written permission, you may not:

• Resell a Loopelle digital pattern or PDF file
• Redistribute or publicly share the pattern file
• Upload the pattern to file-sharing websites or groups
• Send copies of the purchased PDF to other people
• Publish substantial portions of the written instructions
• Present the original pattern itself as your own work
• Remove or alter copyright or ownership notices contained in the file

Each purchase provides access for the purchasing customer and does not constitute a license to distribute copies of the file.

Finished Items

Unless a specific pattern states otherwise, you may generally create finished handmade items using a purchased pattern for personal use, gifts, or small-scale handmade sales.

You may not mass-produce finished products using our patterns or represent the underlying pattern design or written instructions as your own.

Where practical, we appreciate credit to Loopelle as the pattern source when finished items are shared or sold, but any specific requirements stated inside an individual pattern will take precedence.

Intellectual Property

The Loopelle website and its original content, branding, graphics, text, product presentation, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to Loopelle, except where otherwise indicated.

Nothing in these Terms grants permission to use Loopelle trademarks, branding, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property except as expressly permitted.

Pattern Information & Results

We aim to provide clear and useful product information. However, crochet results can vary depending on factors including yarn, hook size, gauge, tension, substitutions, materials, individual technique, and pattern modifications.

Product photographs are intended to illustrate the type of result that may be achieved and do not guarantee that every finished project will be identical.

Skill Levels

References such as Beginner, Advanced Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced are provided as general guidance.

Crochet experience varies from person to person, so a listed skill level does not guarantee that every customer will find a pattern equally easy or difficult.

Refunds

Refunds and order adjustments are governed by our Refund Policy. Because our products are digital, purchases are generally final once digital content has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, subject to applicable law and the exceptions described in our Refund Policy.
